Here is an easy winter hat made with single crochet. This pattern will fit the average women’s head.

You will need two hooks, 5.25 mm (I) and 5.0 mm (H). Also have some stitch markers available, a ruler or measuring tape and a tapestry needle to weave in the ends.

Have fun. You can use a different color for the trim or make it all in one color. It’s no a difficult pattern, but you must be careful not to twist the foundation chain when you get started.
